Burdened is a cozy TTRPG about exploration and self-care. You will take the role of a character who wanders the world carrying an emotional burden. As you play, your character’s burden will lessen as you connect with nature, relate to others, and care for yourself.

This game can be played alone or in a group. If you are traveling alone, you should document your journey, perhaps in a journal or as a letter to someone you care about.

In addition to this booklet, you will need a standard set of 7 dice and something to take notes.

Dedicated to Krystal, who was burdened
